Set up Office 365 on Windows Outlook 2016

When you add your Office 365 account it appears in the left hand side along with the existing account

Add your Account

Click File and click the Add Account button

Enter your email address

Enter your email address:

Click Connect

Enter your password

Enter the password we sent you

Click Sign in

Accept Terms

Leave the checkbox checked and click Yes

Wait for settings to apply

Once the registration is complete click Done

You will see you account on the left hand side

Remember to copy and paste your signature from the old account
